Estimates & Project Scope
Written estimates are based on the information available at the time of the initial inspection.
Occasionally, hidden damage, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins. When this occurs, we will discuss the findings with you before proceeding. Any additional work outside the original scope requires customer approval and may require a written change order.
Scheduling
Project schedules are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit approvals, inspections, supplier delays, or unforeseen job site conditions.
We make every effort to keep our customers informed of any scheduling changes and appreciate your understanding when circumstances beyond our control arise.
Deposits & Materials
Deposits may be required to reserve your place on our schedule and to purchase materials for your project.
Special-order materials, custom products, and materials purchased specifically for your project are generally non-refundable once ordered.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you believe any portion of your project was not completed according to the agreed scope of work, please contact us promptly. We will review your concerns, inspect the work if necessary, and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution consistent with the terms of your contract.
Refund Policy
Because construction, remodeling, and restoration services involve labor and materials customized for each individual project, refunds are generally not available for completed labor or installed materials.
If work has not yet begun, any refund will be determined based on materials already purchased, special-order items, permits obtained, scheduling commitments, and any costs incurred in preparation for your project.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the products we install are backed by manufacturer warranties.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. When applicable, warranty information will be provided upon project completion.
Workmanship
Mastercraft on Main, LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
If you have concerns regarding workmanship, please notify us as soon as the issue is discovered so we can evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
Insurance Restoration Projects
Insurance restoration projects are completed according to the approved scope of work established between the property owner, Mastercraft on Main, LLC, and, when applicable, the insurance carrier.
Additional work requested outside the approved scope may require separate authorization and may not be covered by insurance.
